Disabled Sailing Thailand at Ocean Marina Jomtien

Disabled Sailing Thailand is the first sailing club for people with disabilities in Thailand and has grown to be successful and positive within the region’s yachting community.

Ocean Marina Jomtien is proud to have a fleet of specifically designed S/V14’s which we offer monthly training sessions for those with disabilities.

Disabled Sailing Thailand is a volunteer not-for-profit organisation that aims to open up sailing for people with disabilities.

When the international Paralympic Committee decided to drop sailing for the 2020 Paralympics, a group of sailors got together to create the S\V14, a performance yacht that was both affordable and accessible for persons living with disabilities. Today, Disabled Sailing Thailand offers full theoretical and practical training – in both Thai and English – and has a fleet of S\V14’s in both Pattaya and Phuket.

July 7th will be the next disabled sailing training at Ocean Marina Jomtien, If you are interested to be part of this event, either as a sailor or volunteer please email growboating@oceanmarinajomtien.com
