New board of directors for the TYBA
The Annual General Meeting of the Thailand Yachting Business Association was held at the Royal Phuket Marina on the 1st of July 2022. This was the first AGM since 2019 so one of the main subjects under discussion was the election of a new board of directors of the association.
Five members of the outgoing board including the previous President, Matthew Na Nagara of Port Takola Yacht Marina, Vice president, Vincent Tabuteau of Asia Marine, Peter Jacops of Blue Peter marine, Anthony Gould of Galileo Maritime Academy and Peerawich Thoviriyavej of 3L Event, decided not to stand for re-election, and we thank them for their years of loyal service to the board and the industry as a whole.
Ditapong Thitadilok who was the previous Vice chairman, Worawan Hokprasith, who was the previous Treasurer, Lies Sol, and Woranart Wongwanich all decided to stand for re-election.
Joining the four returning board members were no less than nine new members which brought the board up to the full thirteen members allowed in the TYBA Articles of Association. The new board members are.
