First Brabus Marine Boats Sold in Thailand
As the newest dealer for the ultra-exclusive range of BRABUS Marine luxury day boats, Derani Yachts is delighted to announce the sale of the first and second BRABUS Marine boats into Thailand.
The first sale is BRABUS Shadow 300 which is due to be delivered to Bangkok in January next year, whilst the second is a BRABUS Shadow 500 which we expect delivery in April.
Thailand Charter Week 16th - 19th November 2022 at Phuket Yacht Haven
The Thai Yachting Business Association (TYBA) is ready to kickstart the upcoming high season with the second edition of the Thailand Charter Week from 16th to 19th November.
TYBA expects the event to be even bigger than the successful inaugural edition in November 2019.
The host venue will once again be the prestigious Phuket Yacht Haven Marina on the northeast coast of Phuket, offering fully serviced berths for up to 320 vessels, a swimming pool, gym, restaurants, and the famously friendly Thai service.

Lies Sol flies the flag for TYBA at AUSTCHAM Phuket Briefing & Sundowners

TYBA supports and endorses the Thailand International Boat Show
The Thailand International Boat Show will take place at Royal Phuket Marina from the 12th to the 15th of January 2023 with conference sessions taking place at Boat Lagoon Resort.
David Hayes, CEO of JAND Events, who are staging the show confirmed his commitment to support TYBA members to the board of the TYBA at their monthly meeting last Friday.
Port Takola’s received EIA approval for a 300 berths marina expansion
The Thailand’s Environmental Impact Assessment Board has approved Port Takola’s application for a marina expansion up to 300 berths, and 15,000 square metres of boatyard service area. It is set to become a first superyacht marina in Krabi, Thailand.
The expansion will offer an extra wide concrete pontoon berth ranging from 10 to 45 metres superyachts. A work berth will be available on a north section of the marina harbor. The boatyard will increase its capacity from 9,000 to 15,000 square metres with a lifting capability also increase from 38 to 80 tons. A boatshed will be available for a 25 metres yacht refit.

New board of directors for the TYBA
The Annual General Meeting of the Thailand Yachting Business Association was held at the Royal Phuket Marina on the 1st of July 2022. This was the first AGM since 2019 so one of the main subjects under discussion was the election of a new board of directors of the association.
